[Charter Company div., International Silver Co:] "Trademarks used on sterling reproductions of early Colonial silver. Made in the Barbour Silver Co. plant c. 1930-33. When that division was closed, the Charter line was moved to the sterling division in Wallingford. Discontinued about 1942."
