"... Walter Wilson, an Englishman who worked as a decorator for The Handel Co., later became chief decorator for the A. J. Hall Co. ... Another Handel employe, Arthur J. Hall, also chose to go it on his own and in 1899 he opened a decorating business of his own..." (Excerpt from above.)
